Process and Quality

Our operations have always been carried out in full compliance with the guidelines of IFS, MSC and HACCP. These standards are consistently upheld and double-checked by our highly experienced team. Every step, from inspecting the quality upon arrival to the final stage of export, is monitored and verified by a dedicated and trained colleague. This ensures that the quality, which we regard as our top priority, is always guaranteed.

The Shrimp & Seafood BV team is always working on making our work more sustainable. Now that we obtain our energy and filtered water via solar panels and our own wells, we now also process all residues that remain after processing so that they can be reused for new products, such as the shrimp shells for: dog and cat food, products in sport fishing and even for agriculture.

In addition, we are currently the only one in Morocco certified with a Human Consumption Certificate for shrimp powder that we make from the shrimp shells.
